100W TO-247 Planar Thick Film, Non-inductive Power Resistor

The TO-247 package features a direct exposure structure of ceramic substrate, and utilizes specialized mounting spring clips for use in conjunction with heat sinks. It boasts high rated power and pulse electrical load capabilities.

Technical Features

1. The center temperature of the base plate is ≤25°C, and the rated power is 100W.

2. Standard TO - 247 molded package with exposed ceramic substrates.

3. It is installed with M3 screws and matched with special - purpose mounting spring plates, enhancing the thermal conductivity of the resistor.

4. There are two specifications of pin lengths, see the specific size table:
