Technical Features

1. The center temperature of the base plate is ≤70°C, and the rated power is 120W.

2. Standard SOT227 exterior structure design. The lead - out terminals can be led out by insulated terminal leads, welding of insert terminals, or installation of standard M4 screws on the lead - out terminals.

3. It has good mechanical reliability.

4. Five kinds of resistance structures are provided.

12. Thermal shock: -40°C~+125°C 5 cycles, ΔR≤±(0.25%R + 0.001Ω)

13. High - frequency vibration: MIL - Std - 202, method 204, condition D, ΔR≤±(0.2%R + 0.001Ω)

14. Insulation layer withstand voltage: 5kVDC, 3kVAC, higher requirements can be negotiated for supply.

15. Resistance installation: M4 screws, maximum torque 1.3Nm (uniform symmetrical installation)

16. Lead - out terminal installation: M4 screws, maximum torque 1.0Nm
