Electric Support Material and Design
The electric support is crafted from alumina ceramic metalized with Miba, with an ALTOX film applied to the bottom to enhance thermal conductivity and optimize discharge performance.
Encapsulation
The encapsulation features a resin-filled epoxy casing that boasts a significant creepage distance to the mass center, a substantial air gap between terminals, and high insulation resistance (CTI 600).
Resistance Element
The resistance element is specially designed to achieve low inductance and capacitance values. It utilizes our proprietary METOXFILM technology, which exhibits exceptional performance and stability under high-power and pulse loads.
Housing
The housing is produced without any color additives, resulting in a natural color that may vary due to differences in pigmentation.
Contacts
Load connections are easily made using M4 and M5 screws (inch-threaded terminals are available upon request).
Connector heights range from 25mm to 42mm.
Various sleeves can be provided to increase the creepage distance up to 85mm or for molded cable connections, as requested.
The standard contact configuration is M5 (M4 is available upon special request, with a maximum connection screw thread of 7mm).
Application in Power Electronics
For variable-speed drives, power supplies, control equipment, robotics, motor control, and other power designs, this easy-to-install fixture ensures an automatic calibration pressure of approximately 300N on the cooling plate.
