Current sense resistors, as a vital member of electronic components, are widely favored for their high power ratings and low resistance values. However, due to their high power and low resistance characteristics, current sense resistors can generate significant power dissipation during operation. To address this challenge, we utilize two solutions with superior heat dissipation capabilities: cylindrical axial lead resistors and MELF packaging. The unique structure and materials of cylindrical axial lead resistors enable more uniform heat distribution across the resistor body and efficient heat conduction to the external environment through the leads. Meanwhile, MELF packaging enhances heat dissipation efficiency by optimizing packaging structure and material selection.

Thanks to these advanced thermal management technologies, our current sense resistors are widely used in various fields, including chargers, switching power supplies, LED lighting drivers, and battery management systems.
