PCB Energy Absorption Resistor
The resistor is made by high - temperature sintering of inorganic materials such as graphite and Al2O3. It is a solid - core conductive motor structure with non - inductive characteristics, suitable for high - frequency applications. The surface is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which has good sealing and anti - moisture performance. It can absorb and release random strong pulse energy in a short time, and is suitable for application fields such as electric power transmission, electric traction, pulse power supply, and induction heating.

Encapsulation
It is coated with high - temperature - resistant epoxy resin, with a smooth and hard surface and good appearance. (When working in an environment above 150°C for a long time, the surface coating may slightly decompose and change color, but it will not affect the resistance performance.)
Leads
The resistance end surface is sprayed with copper, and then brass - plated - gold leads are welded using high - melting - point solder, resulting in good electrical performance.
Soldering
The leads adopt a spring - plate design, and each resistor has four - terminal fixation, making PCB installation simple and stable. It is recommended to use an installation hole diameter of 2mm - 3mm. It is recommended to use an active and mild solder with a melting point lower than 230°C.
