MEFK Series Leadless Thick Film High-Voltage Resistors

This thick-film high-voltage resistor is specifically designed for surface-mount device (SMD) electronic circuits that require high precision. It features the following characteristics:

• Coated Encapsulation and Color Code Identification: Utilizing coated encapsulation technology, the resistor values are clearly identified through color codes, making it ideal for SMD electronic circuits with high precision requirements.

• Compact and Cost-Effective: With a small footprint and reasonable cost, it offers a maximum continuous operating voltage of up to 1500V (DC), meeting the needs of various high-voltage applications.

• Excellent Voltage Stability: It exhibits extremely low voltage coefficient, with a maximum of only -2ppm/V, ensuring highly stable resistance values under high voltage conditions.

• Wide Operating Temperature Range: It can operate normally within an extreme temperature range of -55℃ to +155℃, adapting to various harsh environments.

• Adjustable Temperature Coefficient: The temperature coefficient (measured at temperatures ranging from -15℃ to +105℃) is generally ±200PPM/℃, but can be adjusted to a lower value, such as ±100PPM/℃ (specific adjustments need to be negotiated), based on customer requirements.
