I. Product Features

Operating Voltage: Up to 29 kV.
Non-Inductive Design: The product adopts a non-inductive design.
ROHS Compliant: The product meets ROHS environmental standards.
Standard Contact Lead Diameter: 0.6 mm, with other specifications available upon special request. There is also a leadless version suitable for Surface Mount Devices (SMD).
Custom-Designed Version: Custom-designed versions are available upon request, with a maximum ceramic substrate size of 101.6 mm (4 inches).

II. Technical Specifications

Resistance Value: Ranges from 200 Ω to 2 GΩ, with higher values available upon special request.
Resistance Tolerance: ±0.5% to ±10%, with special low ohmic values available down to ±0.1%.
Temperature Coefficient:
≤100 MΩ: ±80 ppm/°C standard.
100 MΩ and above: ±150 ppm/°C standard, from -5°C to +105°C, with a reference temperature of +25°C. Special low ohmic values can be provided with a temperature coefficient down to ±15 ppm/°C.
Max. Operating Temperature: -55°C to +225°C.
