I. Product Overview

The 22882 resistor series is specifically designed for applications such as voltage dividers, medical equipment, electrostatic devices, measurement equipment, and current-limiting devices. These applications require high stability, a low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), high ohmic values, and high short-term load capacity.

II. Product Features

• Resistance Value: 2 Ω ≤ 25 GΩ (reference model specifications).

• Resistance Tolerance: ±0.1% to ±10%.

• Temperature Coefficient: ±10 ppm/°C to ±200 ppm/°C (referenced from +25°C to +85°C, lower for special low ohmic value requirements).

• Max. Operating Temperature: -55°C to +225°C.

• Dielectric Strength: >1,000 V (at 25°C, 75% relative humidity).

• Load Life: 1,000 hours at rated power, with a maximum ΔR/R of 0.5%.

• Moisture Resistance: Maximum ΔR/R of 0.25%.

• Thermal Shock: Maximum ΔR/R of 0.25%.

• Encapsulation: Standard coating is silicone rubber. A 2-component epoxy coating is recommended for oil-immersed and wave soldering applications (details upon inquiry). Other coatings can be provided based on special requirements.

• Lead Material: Nickel-plated copper.

• Torque: 1.8 Nm to 2 Nm for M4, 3.8 Nm to 4 Nm for M8.
