Shockproof Property

As shown in the figure, close the air switch K, disconnect K2, and turn K1 on and off repeatedly 30 times. The resistor does not open - circuit.

Short Circuit Fusing Characteristic

Connect the experimental resistor directly to a 230VAC power supply. The experimental resistor should fuse immediately, and there should be no explosion or fire - starting phenomenon when fusing.

Surge Proof Characteristic

Connect the experimental resistor to a suitable battery charger. Apply a voltage of 1000V - 3000V to the battery charger according to the requirements of the IEC - 61000 - 4 - 5 test standard (as required by the charger). After the experiment, the experimental resistor should not open - circuit.
