Surge Safety Resistor

The surge protection resistor boasts a rated power range of 0.25W to 5W and a resistance span from 10 ohms to 330K ohms. Designed as a replacement for carbon or ceramic composition resistors, this product is ideal for surge protection applications such as fuel ignition systems, power charging and discharging circuits, and ECG cables. It effectively absorbs harmful surge energy, thereby preventing the risks of fires and circuit damage caused by surge energy. Additionally, it features an explosion-proof coating. The product complies with RoHS requirements and is free of substances identified as "highly concerned" by the European Chemicals Agency.
