The Vehicle Grade Stabilized Film Power MELF Resistor is a highly versatile component, designed specifically for demanding automotive applications. With a power rating that spans from 0.4W to 3W, it offers a broad resistance range of 0.22 ohms to 1M ohms, making it suitable for a wide variety of automotive circuits and systems. Its Anti-Sulfur properties ensure that it remains reliable and stable even in harsh environments, where sulfur-based contamination can be a problem.

The resistor's AEC-Q200 certification guarantees its compliance with the automotive industry's rigorous quality standards. The maximum working voltage ranges from 200V to 400V, depending on the power rating, while the maximum overload voltage is twice the maximum working voltage, ranging from 400V to 800V. This makes it an ideal choice for applications such as IGBT gate driver resistors, capacitor charge/discharge resistors, and battery management systems. Furthermore, its Enabled SMD structure and compact size make it a direct alternative to flat chip resistors, providing designers with greater flexibility and choice in their automotive designs.
