(一)Technical Features

  1. Filled with special resin materials, with larger creepage distance and space distance.

  2. Professional design can ensure lower inductance and capacitance values.

  3. It has extremely strong pulse load - bearing capacity and can withstand the following conditions:

    • E - function pulse, f = 8Hz, time constant = 15μs, single - pulse energy E = 30J.

    • It is fixed and installed with two M4 screws, ensuring that the attachment pressure of the heat sink is between 120 - 160 Newtons.

    • The raw materials have passed UL94 - V0.

  1. Resistance range: 0.1Ω~5Ω

  2. Resistance accuracy: ±1%~±10% (Higher accuracy requirements can be negotiated for orders)

  3. Temperature coefficient: ±50ppm/°C~±120ppm/°C (25°C~105°C), other temperature coefficients can be negotiated for orders.

  4. Rated power: Rated power of 250W at 85°C, maximum working voltage not exceeding 5,000VDC.

    • Short - term overload: 500W, 70°C, 10 seconds, ΔR ≤ (0.4%R + 0001Ω).

    • Insulation layer withstand voltage: 6kVrms, 50Hz, 1min, up to 12kVrms according to requirements.

  5. Partial discharge: According to customer requirements.

  6. Insulation resistance: 500V, minimum 10GΩ.

  7. Inductance: ≤400nH

  8. Distributed capacitance (Mass): ≤110pF

  9. Moisture resistance characteristics: 56 days/40°C, RH≥95%, ΔR ≤ (0.25%R + 0.001Ω).

  10. Temperature cycle: -55°C/+125°C (each 0.5h), 5 cycles, ΔR ≤ (0.2%R + 0.001Ω).

  14. Terminal installation: M4/M5 screws, maximum torque 2Nm.
