Precision High-Voltage Divider up to 20 kV operating voltage

I. Product Overview 

The high-voltage voltage divider comes in six different sizes, with voltage ratings ranging from 5 kV to 20 kV. This series of products combines advanced high-voltage technology with unique stability, offering precise ratio tolerances, TCR tracking, and custom design values.

II. Product Features

• Resistance Value: Standard values are 100 MΩ and 200 MΩ (other values available upon special request).

• Resistance Tolerance:

• Absolute TCR: ±100 ppm/°C (referenced from +85°C to +25°C), lower absolute TCR available upon request.

• Ratio TCR: ±25 ppm/°C (10 ppm/°C available upon request).

• Maximum Operating Temperature: -55°C to +155°C.

• Voltage Coefficient: Typical value is -0.4 ppm/V.

• Ratios: 1,000:1 or 100:1 (custom ratios available).

• Overload: 1.5 times the rated voltage for 5 seconds, with a maximum ΔR ratio of 0.5%.

• Load Life: 1,000 hours at rated voltage, with a maximum ΔR ratio of 0.4%.

• Moisture Resistance: Per MIL-STD-202, Method 106, with a maximum ΔR ratio of 0.5%.

• Thermal Shock: Per MIL-STD-202, Method 107, Condition C, with a maximum ΔR ratio of 0.25%.

• Encapsulation:

• For 10kV, 15kV, 20kV: Silicone conformal coating with a dielectric strength of 1,000 V.

• For 5kV, 7kV, 12kV: Printed silicone coating.

• Lead Material: Oxygen-Free High-Conductivity Copper (OFHC copper), tin-plated, with a diameter of 0.60 mm.
